flight was pretty bumpy. however, it did not damper any excitement in me.

anyway, the moment i stepped out of the plane with my thin T-shirt, my insides froze.

like a dumpling.

i quickly wrap myself up in the bigass jacket and proceeded to check out kansai airport.

it's really weird in this airport. there's an escalator to go UP, but there's no escalator/stairs to go DOWN.

o.o

so how did i go down? the lift lah!

first stop was universal studio. japan's universal studio is pretty puny, just like japanese men's...

ok i'll that's for another story.

so, what are the fun awesome rides in universal studio japan?

ok, the first ride was the Spiderman ride. apparently it was the best ride in town and i had to check it out.

i can only thank my tour guide for reaching there early so there was practically NO queue, except being in line with 300,000 other japs or tourists before the main gate was open at 10am. we reached at 9.

the ride was fantastic, with awesome 3D technology, sharp graphics and realistic environment.

the only problem is that the whole ride where spiderman was talking, it's all in japanese.

and the only japanese i knew were yameteh, itayo and iku wtf.

spiderman, spiderman, does what a spider can.

here's a good place to shop for spiderman merchandises since no where else seems to sell anything to do with him.

i also went to Back To The Future which was pretty impressive too! and you do not need to understand japanese in this one. tho it's all jap too but you get the storyline abt a time traveller going across time and space to alien places and the future.

i'll go shopping. prolly can find some alien chicks.

whoever thought that burning alcohol would go BOOM lied to you. think about it clearly. alcohol is normally less than 60%. thus the remaining 40% is water and fire cant burn on it. so yes, no boom.

however, your cup will be on fire. hehe.

this one is supposed to go with "angelique", the green absinthe fairy. because angelique is green, and stout is black. combined, it's called the Hulk.

anyway, i'll be talking about the holidays. no, not the typical party, where you drink, get drunk, then get so crunked you don't recognize your own mother.

no no no. this one is more serious. it's about why the holidays so close to each other wan!

think about it.

24th december calls for a celebration nationwide. whether you fat thin tall small short big long dark fair hairy ugly handsome pretty boy girl also going to celebrate it.

doesn't matter if you stuff your face with stuffed turkey. pun intended >D

now 25th december is christmas, and those money-hungry merchant is still gonna charge you with their over-priced "promotion" in most places.

then 31st of december, holy smokes, most major hotspots are having fireworks boomboomboom, even brighter than the moonmoonmoon!

1st - 2nd/3rd january of next year, you continue partying like mad. till you realize work/ school starts in...

...a few hours! Omgwtfbbq.

first and foremost, merry Christmas and a happy new year. hello there, i'm your blogger which recently gained a lot of weight. :)

so today we're going to be talking, based on my utmost humble opinion of, which of this gets you higher. way over the mooon, like you're tied to a couple hundreds of helium balloons!

so the 2 competing items are...

booze.

and ciggs. (fuck cigar, pipes, hookah, and shit. weed not included that's cheating)

of course, both of them require certain levels of understanding of that item to appreciate them.

you see, ciggs does NOT get you high to the extent you get jelly legs, smiling for no reason and making out with a stranger in da clubs.

there means, the wuzzy feeling after a coupla shots (can vary between me and the rest of you pussies :D joking!) and the feeling of chillax many seek.

so how do they stack up against each other?

cost: ciggs are WAY cheaper than booze. a pack of kretek (from a reliable source) can be rm3 while a glass of vodka on rocks can be rm20 =.=

level of chillax: haha. booze will get you way up there you won't feel like coming down so soon. fuck ciggs when u can have booze.

health issue: i'm sorry but booze will give you liver damage (depending on amount, type and frequency) sooner than ciggs will give you lung probs. however, both are equally hazardous i must say. however at some point of our lives, we gotta "move on" to smth better aye?

thus, i stress that smoke and drink as much as you can before u "move on" ya! :)

speed: as much as i love booze, i have to say the winner will be ciggs! nothing like 3 puffs and you can feel the lightheaded-ness coming in. it's not addictive, but it feels good with company.

not like i've tried cigarettes before :P

amanda's place is no stranger to my blog. it's been featured here a coupla of times and that place is real neat. thus, during the raya hols, we decided to celebrate sineyee's birthday there ;)

i walked into amanda's place don't know who was there or was not there. as i opened the door i had the biggest scare of my life. there was 2 very erm... pretty people greeting me.

i recently got my result from my finals in june. it is a relief that after all the (not so) hardwork, it finally paid off.

like it or not, generation gap do exist! and it's growing rapidly in this era. this gap is a natural and to stop it is like to kill mother nature.

in 1990, he would most probably want a cellphone and need stuff like, idk, porn mags or something.

in 2010, he would most probably want a car and need stuffs like computer and his mum staying out of his business.

in a more personal zone, i had my first cellphone when i was 11(std 6, i'm special yes). my eldest sister had hers when she was in form 5 i think and my second sis had hers when she was form 3.

right now, i have a cousin sister who had her first phone when she was std 3 ftw. if things go on like that, i'll have to provide a phone for each of my sperm.

one thing about yuen steamboat is that the lighting there is terrible! i know white light is economical and all that bullshit but it makes the food look unattractiveand the pictures to be a little overexposed or too bright.

it's ok in variety, but when it comes to freshness i think yuen neglected it a bit.

not so long ago i went and did my hair, so i can be labelled as lala again. i damn miss that title, it has been so long. xD

this time i wanted ash brown but it didn't turn out to be exactly as i wanted as my hair was too dark and i only bleached once.

and that's already very bad for da hair!

since dying hair was taking such a long time, i had nothing to do but observe the other customers.

there wasn't many on a saturday afternoon, but while waiting, a family walked in.

it consisted of father (about 40), mother (30ish, housewife prolly) and daughter (around 10).

the father looked like he is loosing a bit of hair, so he doesn't need the hair cut.

mother needed a little trim. easy enough.

but then came the daughter. she sat on the cushy next to me, and whipped out her iphone :O

at 10, that is an overkill. they don't look extremely rich, but i can tell the daughter was spoiled.

she sat on the chair, and started demanding that she wanted a bob.

the mother was like really afraid of the daughter and kept talking to the stylist,

and said "please, she's very particular, bla bla bla, cut nicely, not too short, bla bla bla"

the daughter also added that she wanted a curl at the bottom of her bob.

i was flabbergasted. never did i thought a kid of her age would know how to operate an iphone, yet alone knowing what a bob is. when i was 10 the only bob i knew was this neighbour with a furry moustache.

if i was 10 right now, sitting next to her, i would ponder upon this ultimate question.

why should girls pay for their own booze.

i USED to think that paying for a girl's booze is ~~cool~~ nice. i think it still is, at a bar or something where you get actual conversation. but at da clubs? you pay for the girls and the girls do not even appreciate it. however, this does not apply to every girls. just MOST girls.

so why should you pay for a girl's booze?
1) because it is gentleman-ly.
i don't see how only guys forking out cash is gentleman-ly or chivalrous. in fact, what about all these equal sex bullshit that girls have been garnering so much support on? come lah equal sex. or does it apply everywhere except da club?

i think that some guys pay for the chicks to hide their inferior self esteem and to (probably) get some girls to like them in the process. but the girls can pay for their own booze too when they are out partying with their girlfriends. =.=

example of guy that pay for girl's booze.

now i see my empty wallet, i'll say that it's actually quite stupid to pay for someone who guzzles more booze than you. and the worst part is, the girl barely dances or remembers you the next day.

2) because guys go there and watch the "hot" girls shake their booty and girls are there to provide the company thus the guys should at the very fucking least pay for the booze.

personally, i'm not a fan of horror, thus making me feel that this movie is really for the dogs. LOL.

i mean, they used kids in this horror movie. nothing, and i mean nothing is scarier than kids associated with ghost. that's really freaky!

i can't stand horror, but i'm alright with gore. unfortunately, gore is not the main element of this movie.

you know much younger, when i was around 15 or so, my mum used to tell me to grow up quicker. she wants me to be an adult at that time, to be able to help her out at the office as she's handling a crazy workload.
i hated growing up. i hated it. everyday i wished to be 15 (now i'm 18) and life at that point was carefree. no responsibilities nothing. it was just me and the world.

back then, i had all the examples of what to be, as i have 2 sisters. sometimes they did stupid things too. stupid things that i didn't think i would be doing now. one sister even had saman twice a day. what a feat! and one sister had a boyfriend at that moment. young people being in love, they think they own the world. that's what i thought my mum didn't like that loser, so she did everything she could to split them up. i don't know how well my sister took it (she is great at masking her emotions, unlike me) but eventually she accepted it.

no, she did not accept it because she wanted to, it was because there was absolutely no other choice. my sister than went on to be who she is now. someone i would respect very much. she can now stand her ground, protect what she thinks is right. that's because she has grown up.

i always like to refer myself as an adult now, but there are some things in life that i have yet to experience to be one. there is no doubt about that.

right now at this point of time, if i mentioned about my sister's ex, she would be like, "thank god i'm not with him anymore" and she meant it. sometimes, i agree to what my mum did secretly even tho i was raving about how cruel she was. but look how well it turned out to be. i am thankful for that.

somehow, i believe i am not grown up enough. hell, most of my readers are not grown up enough. age is just a number. adulthood is weighted by life experiences. and for once in my life, i'm not heavy enough to reach it yet.

so i'll still be listening to mum. however, the message i want to convey will barely get thru, as it's just letters stringed up together...

we were at this swanky italian restaurant, having the finest italian food in town, drinking the best red wine and accompanied by the most suitable date for the night.

looking at her i couldn't believe it was the girl that left me 5 years ago that wouldn't listen to my plead to stay. now here i was, having her all over me effortlessly. considering all the trash status dude that she has been dating, i'm probably the diamond among the sand.

we left the restaurant and we decided for a little night breeze. hell, with everything going my way, even the night was cooperating. the sky was filled with stars and the moon was brighter than my s class's headlights.

we were walking around, having light conversation, when i could resist no more and asked her why she was with losers like that when she could do much better.

she answered that it was because she could never forget me. i walked up to her and kissed her.

what? of course we ended up at her place! why did you think i brought the condoms for?

firstly, i had my law test today. i expected 40 marks before i went in to take my test, but i came out of the exam hall smiling! =)

i'm aiming for 20 marks now.

on a semi-related topic, notice my precious entry about the gatsby street fair?

well nuffnang said something about informing me if my post got selected by 16th of march [if selected i get 50 bucks]. yesterday was the 17th and i did not receive any mails from them so i assumed my post wasn't selected.

and i was pretty stressed up yesterday because i was reading law [law naturally have that effect on people] and i was so tempted to put up a post about how gatsby *ahemsuckedahem*.

i was going to rant about how gatsby moving rubber cost RM20 ish and it's very economical BUT it's not very good to use. i used to use so damn much of it but my hair still looked flat =(

it lasted me for about 3 months on my most economical usage.

then i was going to ask all my readers to ditch gatsby and go support sebastian xtah crude clay which is one hell of a good clay. *crude clay is good clay* haha rhymes!

unlike gatsby's clay, this one does not make my hair oily [even though this is oil based clay] and hell the texture is damn nice weihhh~

it cost about RM60 for a small tube. it's costly, but hell it's damn efficient one. use a bit only can shape the hair damn nicely.

i think i used mine for a few months now and it's still looks choke full. i'm not kidding you! if you are a smart shopper, buy the big tube that cost 100 over bucks but it can run you for about 2 years [or so i heard].

you do the maths. =) once you have the best, you'll never look back.

note: i WAS going to type this yesterday. hahaha. all because of law test that i'm going to fail!

but it'll sure be fun to move out sometimes. i've thought about it many times now.
there was a point back then [before i was driving] that my mum asked if i wanted to stay at sunway. ;)
ahhh, how awesome if i have a place of my own!

anyway, i snuck this out from my mum :

access card to the apartment in sri hartamas ;)

she has a few units there so i thought if i snuck one out she wouldn't notice =]

lol, but she did and she let me keep this one. hoho in case i wanna go to hartamas and chill.

and while i'm talking about going to hartamas, let my imagination roll okay?

if i had a place of my own i would:

1) sit by the pool and sip champagne at night with hot bikini babe(s)

sitting by the pool sipping champagne is possible but accompanied by hot bikini babes? nah~

2) do my own grocery shopping!

i eat what i want to eat :)

now many people here would say that always eating out is bad for health blablabla but i think i'll be eating pretty healthy stuff if i have to live alone.

this is probably because i know there's no mummy to take care of me when i'm sick ;)

drowning is a horrible way to die. i heard you will feel a burning sensation in your lungs, but you won't black out, you will remain conscious till your last breath. =/

what if there is a leakage of gas and you inhaled too much gas your lungs looked like fried mussels?

besides, there's also a lot of other responsibilities to deal with.

1) bills.

the bills will probably go to my parents so it'll be fine... i think. except i have to remind them to keep paying my bills @.@

2) laundry.

no, not the bar -.-

the real washing.

somehow, clothes laying on the floor wont get alakazam-ed and get washed, pressed, ironed and folded neatly into the wardrobe.

they will still be on the floor when you get back from college or when you just wake up =/

3) cleaning up.

wash dishes, sweep, wipe... =/

all the basic household chores =(

oh no!

then there's also shopping for daily used stuff like toilet paper, toothpaste, blablabla. @@

sigh. so, after deep pondering (dreaming), i think it's still better to stay at home with the constant nagging from the mum and the stupid curfew. =/

however, if i'm given a chance to go out and live by myself, hell yeah i would!

i think it's really character shaping (not to mention the excessive freeeeedom <3) and it would be one hell of an experience ;)

yday i was on msn with my sister. i told her i need to work out as i was finishing the snacks at home faster than she can replenish them ;)

so she was like "okok tomorrow morning i go work out with you".... or so she says.

who would know that my sis drank too much and had a hangover and she could barely do anything.

the problem is that my mum tapao for us breakfast and i was forced to finish her portion too.

worst is mum decided to go to tenji for dinner =O

so, went to tenji's for the first time today and i can daresay i won't go there again. for the price of rm88++, i believe i can find much better food ;)

went in, got a table at the outside near the dessert counter.

the ice-cream looks promising. haagen dazs, BR and kindori.

now on to the food. the food there looks nice...

tastes just like carbonara ~.~

but don't judge a book by it's cover. =(

unfortunately, most of the food there were a disappointment!

most of the food there is just so-so and nothing to shout about.

jogoya pwns it hands down.

okay about the dessert now, the BR there is like shit, the kindori only has 2 cheap flavours (carrot and papaya WTF) and the haagen dazs...

well, you can never go wrong with haagen dazs!

one minor flaw with haagen dazs is that it has no neapolitan ice cream, so i decided to make my own:

neapolitan!!!

lastly, i would rate this restaurant 5/10.

for the price i could have much better food. it's not always about the quantity =(
